A small two bed terrace house located in central Cambridge, the brief was to come up with a design for a potential development that once complete would stand out from the crowded real estate market and target young professionals and families. The design is sympathetic to the original history of the victorian terrace but modernised for modern living offering plenty of entertaining and relaxing spaces that are multi-functional.

Designed to make the most of the expensive architectural additions but save money in other areas such as simple kitchen design and keeping existing plumbing locations but updating the fixtures to bring the project in on budget. The colour scheme is simple so that it would appeal to a wide range of interested buyers.
